步骤
1南瓜去皮去籽,上锅蒸熟;

小技巧
南瓜用搅拌机处理过口感比较细腻,比用勺子压烂的效果要好;加入香蕉可以增加口感与层次,还增加风味! 另外,选用老南瓜最好,口感和甜味都更赞些!椰浆可以根据自己喜欢的浓稠度适量添加或减少!
