11虾米几个调味,因为虾米咸香(因为用了鲜虾所以虾米也可以不用)

12鸡蛋两个,加一点点味精、盐、酱油三滴、胡椒粉少许打散

14鸡蛋煎熟后切丁(我直接用剪刀剪✂) 准备炒饭!!

15锅里倒两勺油,加沙茶酱(这个很重要),加一点点盐、味精、酱油

16然后把生的材料全都下锅翻炒一分钟

17接着把有莲子和芡实的饭和所有材料全部(注意是全部)下锅,加一勺酱油,把火调至最小搅拌均匀
