2葱姜蒜洗净切好~

3五花肉洗净切片(大概4mm)薄厚均匀,不用太薄,土豆洗净切块备用~

4❤腌制调料汁: 将腌制调料中所有调料放入碗内,搅拌均匀成调料汁~

5将调料汁的2/3倒入五花肉中,1/3倒入土豆中(不介意造型的可将五花肉和土豆放在一起倒入调料汁)~

6搅拌混合均匀,盖上保鲜膜放冰箱腌制至少3小时(我都是头天晚上腌,第二天早上做特别入味)~

7将腌好的土豆放入模具中,不要倒入腌制出的汤水(用的是8寸披萨模具)~
