1准备材料,香菇辣椒生姜洗净。猪肉剁碎(我是买肉地方绞的,绞了两遍)

小技巧
油多一点,让香菇辣椒都在里面多炸一下 切完辣椒一定要马上洗手,不然要辣很久 放凉后密封放冰箱,可以放一个星期左右,尽快吃完 炒饭的时候放两勺,味道好极了
