5筛入低筋面粉搅拌

6蛋白液低速打到粗泡加三分之一细砂糖(白砂糖太粗,糖粉太细)

7中速打到细泡,加入剩下的的二分之一细砂糖

8高速打到有纹路,加入余下的糖

9打到湿性发泡(打蛋器冒尖)

14倒进装裱袋,倒进纸杯7,8分满,振一下消泡

15烤箱150℃上下层10分钟
