2先制作红糖水,中火煮至红糖完全融化

小技巧
1、捞出的珍珠粉圆放冷开水中冲洗/浸泡,是为了洗掉浓稠的汤液,防止黏在一起,冷水使之口感更加有弹性 2、拉茶是为了去掉红茶的涩味;茶喝起来比你想像的要涩很多,不涩就再放多一点红茶,因为之后要兑淡奶,不涩的红茶兑出来的奶茶茶味不浓 3、糖的分量可自己调节
