面粉: 500克, 猪油: 1匙, 酵母粉: 1小匙, 白糖: 50克, 泡打粉: 适量, 猪里脊肉: 200克, 蚝油: 适量, 盐: 适量, 鸡精: 适量, 黑胡椒粒: 适量, 孜然: 适量, 圆葱: 1个
步骤
1面里放白糖,泡打粉,用温水和酵母粉,倒入猪油和好面团,醒发1小时左右,因为放了泡打粉发的快些,面不要太软,和好用保鲜膜盖上!

3擀成大张长方形面皮,用小碗扣出饼胚!

4每片都刷上油,对折,用刀背在饼胚上压出荷叶纹路!要深些不然蒸出来不明显!然后顺着纹路在荷叶边推,让其有荷叶形状!

5后面用手捏出荷叶茎!

6都做完,放蒸锅醒40分钟二次发酵,然后大火蒸9分钟关火,5分钟取出即可!火一定要大,大火足气才蒸的好!

7发完面就可以做猪排了,猪里脊肉切一公分厚的片,然后用刀背砸十字刀,让肉有纹理好入味!

8放葱姜蒜,蚝油,鸡精,老抽,生抽,盐,料酒,胡椒粉,花椒粉,少许水抓腌肉片,直到水吸收,这样做肉比较嫩!腌制30钟!
