1第一步准备好所有原料

2土豆切片,码在盘子里

3腊肉冷水入锅,开大火煮开

4土豆片放入蒸格,叠到煮锅上,转到中火,下面煮腊肉,上面蒸土豆,需25-30分钟 做土豆泥的土豆一定要蒸久一点

5蒸好后稍微放凉,压成泥,压的时候也要尽量压细一点,才能有绵密的口感

6土豆泥压好后,把腊肉切小丁

7开小火,煎锅里放少量油(一会儿腊肉会出些油),放入葱段,炸出香味后,捞出扔掉

8放入腊肉,煸炒到腊肉出油

9放入泡豇豆,炒出香味

10拌入土豆泥,与腊肉、泡豇豆混合均匀
