1鸡蛋磕入碗中,调盐和胡椒粉适量,搅散;

6生抽+盐+蒜碎+芝麻油+葱花,喜欢酸的加点醋,喜欢吃麻辣的加点辣椒红油和花椒粉,兑入面汤调成碗汁;
