小技巧
1、魚塊煎的時候兩面翻下即可,不要過多的翻動,魚塊容易碎哈 2、老抽不用放太多,本身就是啤酒魚,要清淡的感覺,不是紅燒 3、白糖一點點提味兒主要是 4、煮的時候也不要翻動魚塊,直接啤酒倒入煮即可 5、干辣椒可以爆香,我沒有爆香,直接後面放入煮
