步驟
1香菇洗凈切碎粒,肉如果不是現成的肉沫,也請剁成黃豆大小的肉粒

2在微波爐容器中倒1湯勺油,並放入蔥姜蒜末,蓋上蓋子,放入微波爐高火半分鐘爆香
