原料
(派皮)黃油 30克, 雞蛋 25克, 糖粉 30克, 低筋麵粉 80克, (派餡兒)奶油奶酪 50克, 椰漿 70克, 雞蛋 一個, 低筋麵粉 25克, 糖 20克, 蔓越莓 一小把, 蜂蜜水 適量
步驟
1黃油提起從冰箱裡拿出來軟化,切小塊,用電動攪拌機打至細膩無顆粒

2加入糖粉,倒入25克蛋液

6擀一下,放在6寸的派盤上,整型,把邊上多餘的弄掉

7用叉子叉無數小空,防止烤的過程中鼓起

8放入提起預熱的烤箱中下層180度烤10分鐘拿出來

16入提起預熱的烤箱中下層,180度烤20分鐘左右,拿出來刷上蜂蜜水,再放進烤箱烤5分鐘,拿出來涼了,不燙手了就可以脫模,烤好後它會自動和派盆分離的, 一勺蜂蜜一勺熱水調至成蜂蜜水
