簡介
元宵節這天定在正月十五,是陰曆年的第一個月圓的日子,元宵的形狀是圓形,又含著一個「圓」字的同音字,象徵著團圓、美滿、吉祥、和睦的家庭,所以人們多取其意,要吃元宵。
原料
水磨糯米粉 500克, 黑芝麻 170克, 南瓜 250克, 菠菜 50克, 紫甘藍 70克, 豬油 75克, 白糖 70克, 干桂花 適量

51吃的時候可以在湯水裡根據自己的喜歡加點糖或者蜂蜜

小技巧
- 芝麻餡:芝麻粉,白糖和豬油的比例是2:1:1;
- 糯米粉和蔬菜汁的比例是10:8;如果只加水,那麼糯米粉和溫水的比例是10:7;
- 揉好的麵糰還要取下一個小麵糰煮到浮起後要放回原來的麵糰揉到均勻,記住這個小麵糰的量是取原麵糰量的10%就可以了,比如麵糰重100克,那麼取下10克就可以;
- 我這裡總共有500克的水磨糯米粉,但是我做的芝麻球只有23個左右,所以是不夠包的,你可以再多做點芝麻球,還有我覺得南瓜湯圓原味就很好吃,所以就不包餡了。
