原料
玫瑰大頭菜, 青紅椒(偶用的是很辣的細細小小的青紅椒), 豬里嵴肉, 香菇, 料酒, 干澱粉, 老抽, 鹽, 雞精, 五香粉
步驟
1將香菇用溫水浸泡1小時後洗凈,去蒂切成小粒

2將豬裡脊肉切很小的粒成肉餡,然後肉餡中調入料酒和干澱粉攪拌均勻,腌制10分鐘。大頭菜切成小粒。青紅椒去蒂去籽後切成小粒

3鍋燒熱倒入油,待油7成熱時,倒入肉餡,加少許五香粉,用鏟子壓散後不停翻炒3分鐘

4將肉餡的水分充分煸出,調入老抽炒勻後盛出備用。(瓜說的沒錯,這時確實有些沾鍋鍋,將鍋內清洗乾淨)

5燒熱洗凈的鍋,倒入油待7成熱時
