原料
里嵴肉 250克左右, 麵包糠 適量, 雞蛋 一個, 黑胡椒粉 適量, 料酒 適量, 生抽 適量, 蔥花 適量, 生粉 適量
步驟
1豬裡脊肉切1.2至1.5厘米的厚度,用肉排錘或刀背用力拍松,這步不可免,否則肉不嫩的,而且這樣更入味!
