簡介
以往的魷魚,大多數都用來炒著吃,那天突發奇想,覺得伴著吃也一定不錯!事實證明,還就是不錯!而且,我認為,這種吃法,實在是太酷了!看著就特有食慾的顏色搭配,爽口的味道,微酸,微甜,微辣,還有淡淡的鮮味!
原料
黑木耳, 銀耳, 魷魚, 辣椒油, 鹽, 白糖, 白醋, 味精, 香油, 黃飛鴻麻辣花生, 蒜末, 荷蘭豆
步驟
1魷魚洗凈,撕去外面的一層薄膜

2將魷魚切十字花刀(先橫著切,別切斷,然後豎著切,也不要切段,最後切成大小合適的塊)

3黑木耳和銀耳提前泡發,然後洗凈撕成小朵備用

4荷蘭豆摘去老筋,洗凈切成塊

5鍋內放水燒開,然後放一點食鹽

6滴幾滴食用油

10馬上撈出放涼水中放涼

11將切好的魷魚下鍋焯水

12魷魚在鍋內一打卷,馬上撈出

13也放涼水中過涼,然後將所有的材料用笊籬撈出,控凈水分

14拿一小碗,放白醋,白糖,蒜末,辣椒油,鹽,味精,香油,攪勻兌成調味汁

15黃飛鴻麻辣花生用擀麵杖擀碎
