簡介
入口即溶花生餅
原料
300g 幼滑花生醬 (Peanut butter), 100g 煮菜油 (Oil), 150g 糖粉 (Icing sugar), 220g 麵粉 (Flour), 280g 特幼麵粉 (Superfine flour)抹面/裝飾, 1個 蛋黃 - 打散 (Lightly beaten egg yolk)
步驟
1把花生醬和油攪拌均勻,篩入糖粉繼續攪拌均勻。
2 篩入麵粉和特幼麵粉,搓成不粘手麵糰,就可以做造型了。
3把蛋液塗在花生餅表面。
4預熱烤箱,用160度烘烤12-15分鐘至熟。 [注意: 溫度最好自己拿捏]
