原料
高粉220g, 低粉30g, 雞蛋29g, 鹽3g, 酵母3g, 砂糖38g, 水130g, 黃油20g, 糖粉(表面裝飾)適量
步驟

2 將除黃油外所有麵包材料混合,啟動揉面,起筋膜時加入黃油繼續揉
