1不開打蛋器,攪拌蛋黃和糖粉

2打蛋器開中高速,像打發蛋黃一樣攪打

3攪打一段時間後,開始加油,一定要慢慢來!一點點加!這是成功的關鍵之一~

4等濃稠一點,蛋黃顏色變淺時,加一點點醋(檸檬汁)來稀釋

5然後再加一點點油,再打一會兒,加一點點醋,慢慢地「添油加醋」
