8要打到很硬的奶油狀才行,筷子立在裡面不會倒

9把打發的蛋清加到調好的麵糊里,注意⚠手法要上下翻動,不能順時針或逆時針那樣攪拌

10電飯鍋底部倒一點油加熱幾分鐘,之後把混合物全部倒進去

小技巧
打發蛋清時,先把蛋清打出泡沫再加入白糖
