羊肉: 350克, 蘿蔔: 1根, 馬蹄: 5隻, 小蔥: 1棵, 姜: 2片, 鹽: 適量

1羊肉洗乾淨切塊放鑄鐵鍋里;

4蘿蔔去皮切滾刀塊;

小技巧
1、羊肉膻味太大,所以焯水不可少; 2、蘿蔔和馬蹄易熟爛不宜太早放,太早放也會影響肉質鮮味的釋出。
