7鍋里放入適量的油,然後將且好的豆腐丁入鍋炸,一半豆腐丁炸至外表稍稍焦黃撈出,另一半炸制金黃撈出

9韭菜用大火加少許鹽稍稍炒一下出鍋即可

10將西紅柿炒至出水加少許鹽,剷出備用

11熱鍋放油,然後放入蔥花炒出香味後加入香菇一起翻炒出香味後加入芹菜丁一起翻炒,再加入木耳一起炒,加入少許的五香粉一起翻炒

12等到快熟的時候加入炸好的豆腐丁和雞蛋,再加鹽和蘑菇精調味,即可。(味道比平時炒菜要重一些)
