4蔥姜蒜沫,桂皮,香葉,花椒,八角下油鍋炒香,然後放入所有的辣椒,再下熟芝麻和孜然粉,小火炒

5辣椒變色後,倒入水,然後加生抽,老抽,料酒,白糖,鹽,調味兒(甜口的白糖要多加,鹽一點就可以)

6水沸後加入不愛熟的腐竹,小火慢燉,大概10-15分鐘後加入干豆皮,再繼續煮大概5-10分鐘

7看顏色,如果淺可以再加點老抽,嘗湯汁味兒,可以再調整一下,最後放水澱粉把汁收濃就好啦
