2牛肉切小粒用刀大概剁一剁,不要剁泥,否則沒有質感,要細切粗剁。 加料酒,1湯勺生抽,1湯勺耗油,3克鹽,適量全蛋液。

9捏圓壓成小餅

最後的醬汁大家可做自己喜歡的口味!小火煎制,煎黃再翻動,過早翻動會散開! 肉餡內加藕粉會使蓮藕香味更加濃郁! 牛肉用裡脊肉最好,我用的是雪花牛肉,家裡只有它,懶得去買啦!
