魚漿: 150, 雞蛋: 2個, 海苔: 1張, 油: , 鹽:
步驟
1魚漿是自己剁好的,剁好後加入油鹽調味,再摔打上膠即可,也可買現成的;

2雞蛋打散,加入鹽調味,攪打均勻;

3平底鍋抹一點點油,下雞蛋液,小火攤成雞蛋餅;

4攤好的雞蛋餅上鋪上海苔;

小技巧
1、手沾點水可以方便讓魚漿鋪平; 2、魚漿也可以換上蝦仁漿或者肉泥等; 3、新手怕蛋皮做得不好,可以在雞蛋里加入少許水澱粉~!
