原料
蝦: 20隻, 鹽: 適量, 酵母: 5克, 高筋麵粉: 200克, 黃油: 30克, 洋蔥: 半個, 芝士: 200g, 溫水: 150克, 低筋麵粉: 90克, 青椒: 1個, 香腸: 0.5根, 油: 適量
步驟
1高低筋粉,黃油,酵母混勻

2加溫水,把面揉至光滑,封上保鮮膜發酵

3面發酵期間,準備材料,剝蝦,芝士切丁,青椒洋蔥切切成小塊,備用。

4 然後把醒好的麵糰擀成餅,用牙籤或叉子扎出小孔。盤中抹油,把餅放入盤中,在餅面上擦薄薄的一層油。

5放一層芝士,要均勻。
