東北大米: 200g, 香菇: 2~3粒, 瑤柱: 8~10粒, 干蝦: 1對, 薑絲: 少量, 香油: 適量, 鹽: 適量, 蔥花: 少量
步驟
1瑤柱、對蝦加少量薑絲泡40min,香菇泡發1hour(溫水會縮短時間哦~),大米加多多水泡3hours(多泡會兒很容易煮開花)

2除對蝦外,所有料放入鍋里,泡發的水一起倒入(泡發之前有清洗,而且買的乾貨質量很好很乾凈),大火煮沸

3加入適量的鹽和香油,撇除白沫,改小火

1.煮粥一定要多加水~ 2.不要燜太久,稍微燜一會兒米粒更軟,燜久了就成飯啦~
