沙茶醬: 100g, 蝦: 若干只, 魷魚: 4隻, 豆芽: 一小把, 蒜: 兩瓣, 福袋: 兩隻, 丸子: 若干個, 細面: 250g

3700ml左右水燒開,轉小火,放入沙茶醬熬煮,期間要用湯勺攪拌抹開,防止粘鍋底。

4熬煮5~10分鐘至沙茶醬完全溶解。

5放入細面,轉中火煮三分鐘

6放入解凍好的丸子。(丸子如果未解凍,就與細面同時放入煮3~5分鐘左右)

7然後放入魷魚,蝦,豆芽,煮熟即可。 最後可撒些蒜茸進去,味道更棒! (蒜茸:蒜頭拍碎,拿掉皮兒,剁碎蒜肉即可
