芋頭: 500g, 粘米粉: 500g, 廣式臘腸: 150g, 蝦米干: 50g, 清水: 1250g, 五香粉: 5g, 植物油: 50g, 食鹽: 適量
步驟
1芋頭,臘腸,蝦米切粒;

2芋頭粒入鍋炒香;

4粘米粉過篩,這樣會讓做出來的糕口感更佳;

5粘米粉和清水混合,攪拌均勻,用火加熱,邊煮邊攪拌,沸騰後關火;

6將炒好的臘腸粒和蝦米倒入米漿中;

7然後將炒好的芋頭粒倒入,加入五香粉,適量的食鹽,充分攪拌均勻;

8將混合後的漿倒入蒸盤內,然後置於大蒸鍋內隔水猛火蒸50分鐘;
