2鍋里燒開水倒入料酒(料酒可以多倒一些)

4滾水鍋里走飛水兩分鐘後撈出,衝去浮沫瀝干水分

5洋蔥、生薑、香菇、菜椒洗凈切片,菜椒切粗條狀

6鐵鍋燒熱後倒入油,(油可以比平時炒菜多一點)放入洋蔥爆炒出香味

15小青菜洗乾淨後滾水鍋里燙兩分鐘擺盤,再配碗米飯,開吃~
