步驟
1豬肉糜4兩左右;

6加入雞蛋(可以光放蛋清更好);

7加入蒜泥,麵包糠,生抽少許,魚露幾滴;

8用廚師機打2-3分鐘左右,上勁兒後,摔打幾次;

9不粘鍋加熱後,加少許油,將丸子用手團成圓形放入鍋中,中小火煎至金黃;

10一定要煎熟,拿不准可以嘗一下(下面那半個就是我嘗的),千萬不要偷吃光哈;

11用一個可以放到烤箱的盤子?,下面鋪滿番茄醬,放入煎好的肉丸子;

12上面再淋滿番茄醬;
