2提前一天用開水泡

3中途換一兩次水,繼續拿涼水泡著

5把筍切小塊,五花肉切片

6先在鍋里放一點點油,然後放入五花肉煉油,煉出油了一會放入蒜瓣翻炒,爆出蒜香以後加入筍乾一起翻炒

7翻炒一會加入適量鹽繼續翻炒,然後加入水,沒過筍乾

8然後加入生抽、蚝油、雞精、五香粉等調味,蓋上鍋蓋煮,中間翻炒幾次,煮到收汁即可
