1將牛肉切大片,然用刀背敲打一會,再改刀切小片

5熱鍋放油,爆香姜蒜末

6放入豆豉醬和辣椒粉,花椒粉一起炒香後加入開水

7在水中加入濃湯寶,充分攪拌,使其和水融合

9變軟撈出,放在碗底備用

10讓後再往沸騰的湯里將腌漬好的牛肉片,一片一片的放入,待水開肉變色即可撈出

11再將湯一併倒入砂鍋中,再肉上放入辣椒粉備用

12將鍋洗凈,然後放入油,加入花椒,待油熱,花椒香味出來
