麵粉: 200克, 芝麻醬: 適量, 酵母: 4克, 溫水: 適量, 椒鹽: 適量, 食用油: 少許
步驟
1麵粉,酵母混合加入適量的溫水揉至表面光滑

2麵糰室溫發至兩倍大

4取適量芝麻醬均勻抹在麵皮上,再撒上椒鹽,自上而下捲起

5捲起的面輕壓薄,從中間切開,兩段平行放在一起

7取兩片切好的面片重疊後對摺,刀切面朝外,用指尖在中間位置向下按再向上翻起
