步驟
1先將A過篩後放在容器中混合拌勻

2再將材料B加入到步驟1中

3充分拌勻備用

4將材料C放在容器中攪拌打發

5再在另一個容器中加入D,加熱煮至115℃

6然後將步驟5慢慢加入步驟4中,用快速攪拌降溫至47℃左右即可

7再將步驟6分次和步驟3混合拌勻

8將步驟7裝入裱花袋中,擠在墊紙的烤盤中呈扁圓球狀

9將步驟8放於室溫下,風乾表面

10入爐,以上下火160/150℃約烤13分鐘,出爐冷卻
