1魚骨買回來後用水沖洗乾淨

2斬成小塊,一條魚骨斬成四塊正合適

11留底油,把節瓜倒下去,翻炒幾下

12加水(我加了開水),水的量最好是沒過全部節瓜為好,蓋上蓋子大火煮7分鐘左右

13加魚骨下去,這時把鹽和糖也加下去,蓋上蓋子煮5分鐘左右
