1麵粉加適量清水挑成麵糊糊(要比我們一般做煎餅調麵糊糊稠點)

12再舀一勺子麵糊糊,從中間放下去

小技巧
1、麵糊糊要稠些,水相對來說要比做其他煎餅麵糊糊少點,這樣餅皮才會Q~~ 可以水少少的加,看看狀況,再繼續,不要一下子倒水 2、覆蓋第二層麵糊糊的時候一定要完全覆蓋,用麵糊糊封住
