螃蟹: 4隻, 咖喱塊兒: 一塊半或兩塊, 蔥段: , 薑片: , 蒜粒: , 干辣椒: 兩個, 現磨黑胡椒: 可不用, 生粉:
步驟
1把買來螃蟹洗乾淨,把蟹腮等等都去掉,斬件,然後有肉或黃露出來的地方蘸上一層生粉

2先炸蟹身子~這個要久一點兒,我中火炸了5分鐘

3在等的時候給蟹殼裡的黃也撒上一層生粉,蟹鉗拿刀背拍碎,蟹身炸好後依次把蟹殼蟹腿炸三四分鐘

4土豆事先切塊兒泡水,等全部螃蟹炸完下土豆煎到微黃出鍋

5另起一個大點兒的鍋,倒少許油,把蔥姜蒜干辣椒翻炒出香味兒然後把土豆下下去,倒熱水,煮開放咖喱塊兒

6等土豆煮軟嘗嘗咖喱的味道,不夠加鹽調味,倒入螃蟹,均勻裹上醬汁,煮兩三分鐘就可以出鍋了~
