6加溫水,等水燒開西紅柿成糊狀。備註:多加點水,避免糊鍋。

7拌面,備註:加溫水一點一點加入,邊拌邊加至面成塊狀,放入已開的鍋里

8雞蛋打碎,快速攪拌至蛋黃和蛋清融合。
