雞爪: 6隻, 蔥,姜,蒜: 1根,2片,3瓣, 八角: 1個, 精鹽: 1鹽勺, 雞精: 1鹽勺, 十三香: 1鹽勺, 冰糖: 10粒, 料酒: 1匙, 耗油: 2滴, 生抽: 1匙, 老抽: 2滴, 清水: 適量

2蔥姜蒜洗凈切好~

3雞爪洗凈放案板片切去指甲~ 對半切開(可不切)~ 鍋內倒適量水,待水煮開放入雞爪,蔥姜,焯到再次煮開~ 撇去浮末,撈出裝盤控水~

4鍋內倒適量油,待油溫熱放入蒜片炒出香味~ 放入雞爪,炒至稍微變色~ 加入八角,精鹽,雞精,十三香,冰糖,料酒,耗油,生抽,老抽~ 炒至均勻上色~

5倒入適量清水(沒過雞爪)~ 蓋上鍋蓋,大火燒開轉中小火燜燉~ 燉至湯汁濃稠~ 裝盤即可~
