原料
貽貝干(淡菜): 5-6個, 明蝦: 5-6個, 蛤蜊: 7-8個, 土豆: 1個, 洋蔥: 半個, 玉米粒: 適量, 牛奶: 200ml, 黃油: 適量, 清水: 適量, 鹽: 1勺
步驟
1土豆洗凈去皮後切滾刀塊,加少許水用破壁機打碎備用;

2洋蔥豎著切條後再橫著切小丁備用;

3明蝦用剪刀剪去蝦須,用刀開背,再用牙籤挑去蝦線;

4貽貝提前用清水泡發一夜變軟;

5蛤蜊吐沙後放入沸水中煮1分鐘左右至開口後撈出;

6鐵鍋燒乾後下入黃油融化,下入洋蔥爆香,翻炒後下入明蝦炒至變色;

7倒入牛奶,並加入適量清水,下入泡發好的貽貝;

8繼續加入蛤蜊和玉米粒,中小火煮3分鐘左右;
