原料

1提前將基圍蝦放急凍冰箱將蝦凍硬,然後取出剝掉蝦尾的皮,用牙籤挑出蝦線剪掉蝦頭

2剪刀從蝦肚子剪開背部不要剪斷,儘量把蝦攤開炸的時候比較好看

3處理好的蝦洗乾淨,用料酒,鹽,胡椒粉拌均勻
