原料
高粉: 200克, 低粉: 50克, 白糖: 25克, 鹽: 2.5克, 雞蛋: 一個, 水: 100克左右, 酵母: 2.5克, 黃油: 25克, 黃油: 15克, 白糖: 15克, 麵粉: 30克
步驟
1原料所有材料除黃油外揉至擴展,香酥粒材料黃油軟化,加入白糖,再加入低筋麵粉,混合然後搓成粒狀
2發酵至兩倍大
