豬肉(3肥7瘦): 100克, 山藥: 300克左右, 料酒、鹽、薑末: 6克1克10克, 水澱粉: 適量, 食用油: 適量, 李錦記甜麵醬: 15克, 糖、醬油: 各6克, 雞湯: 150克
步驟
1準備好調料,水澱粉、甜麵醬、料酒 、糖、雞湯、蔥花

2肉切粒,加1克鹽、料酒、薑末拌勻 ,再加入水澱粉攪拌均勻備用

3山藥請攤主削好皮,拿回家沖洗後用 涼水泡一會,切成厚片

4碼入盤中,雞湯中放少許鹽混合,舀幾勺澆在山藥上

5山藥隔水蒸12分鐘左右取出
