1用刀在雞胸肉中間切開一個洞,用來放培根和芝士

6沾生粉在表面,拍均勻,雞胸兩端也要沾上生粉,把多餘的輕輕拍走

7把沾好生粉的雞胸放雞蛋里,兩邊沾上雞蛋

8然後整塊鋪滿麵包糠
