小技巧
1.沒有此類模具的話,可以先舀一勺麵糊,待凝固後再往上加,也可以做出厚厚的鬆餅 2.一定要保持很小的火力,若不方便調節,可以在燜的時候關一會兒火 3.此配方甜味很淡,甜黨可添加代糖、細砂糖或糖漿
