茄子: 2個, 豬肉末: 適量, 蒜: 4瓣, 蔥: 1小段, 味極鮮(生抽): 適量, 豆瓣醬: 適量, 鹽: 適量, 雞精: 適量, 紅油辣椒(小米椒): 適量(不能吃辣可以不放)

2茄子切成手指粗細的長條 隔水蒸熟

3鍋燒熱放油 放蔥末蒜末爆香

6放入蒸熟的茄條。茄條蒸熟後最好把多餘的水分擠出去

9放鹽雞精調味 (因為之前已經放了豆瓣醬和醬油 而且我放的紅油辣椒也有鹹味 口淡的就可以不用放鹽了)最後盛盤就OK 再來一碗米飯 簡直了 好吃好吃
