原料
椰漿: 400g, 牛奶: 150g, 檳榔芋: 250g, 小西米: 50g, 白砂糖: 15ml
步驟
1芋頭去皮、切條,上籠蒸熟至略酥爛

2同時另起鍋燒水,水沸騰後倒入西米,再次煮開後轉中小火,燜至西米粒四周透明,中間留白

3燜煮好的西米倒入漏勺,用冷水沖洗黏質,放一旁備用

4鍋中倒入椰漿和牛奶。我用的是這款椰漿,特別香濃。不加牛奶也是可以的哈!

5放入蒸熟的切成小塊的芋頭,中火煮至沸騰後倒入西米,小火至西米略呈透明,關火。
