原料
烏冬面: 一包(200克), 鮮冬菇: 三朵, 白靈菇: 適量, 蝦干: 一小把, 青紅椒: 各半根, 生抽: 一匙, 鮑魚汁: 半匙, 料酒: 少許, 蒜: 三瓣
步驟
1蝦干放小碗中,加溫水和少許料酒浸泡半小時,撈出瀝干備用

2冬菇和白靈菇用水沖洗一下,冬菇去蒂切片,青紅椒切斜絲,蒜切末
