2溫水中倒半袋安琪酵母粉,靜置一會兒,激發酵母活性,有泡泡出現後倒入麵粉混合

3一袋酸奶倒入麵粉,代替水來和面,若太干可繼續加水

4揉成團後蓋上濕布,靜置三十分鐘,讓其充分發酵

5時間到,麵糰會發大一倍左右,開始使勁揉面,將面里的氣體排除
